Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our international fulfillment centers, depending on your location. Orders are carefully packed and sent using reliable global couriers to ensure safe delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the time your order ships. During peak seasons or depending on your location, it may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it within 5 business days, contact us at gentlepawshelp@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

Will all my items arrive together?

In most cases, yes. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability or fulfillment locations. Separate tracking numbers will be provided, but shipping is still free.

What if I received the wrong item or it’s damaged?

Contact us immediately at gentlepawshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll resolve it quickly, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations can’t always be guaranteed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll try to help before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return once it arrives.

How do returns and refunds work?
